The space
The apartment newly renovated is on the 3rd floor (attic) of a small condominium. There is one bedroom with 1 Queen Bad (160cm x 200cm – 63in x 79in) and a sofa which can be turned into a Super single bed (120cm x 200cm – 47in x 79in), a wardrobe, Smart TV with satellite & terrestrial. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, kettle, refrigerator & freezer. Bathroom with shower. AC-air conditioning & free WiFi. FREE gated parking at approximately 150 meters from the apartment reserved for our quests.
The 2 nearest beaches are at only 10 minutes walk in two different direction.
The apartment is situated at 50 metres (164 feet ½ inch) from the pedestrian zone and even less from the bus station, so if you arrive by bus you have to carry your bags just 2 minutes. In front of the condominium there is the most important of Rovinj: the “Cappella della SS. Trinita'”, the only romanic building in “neolatino” style that already existed in the XIII century on the istrian coasts. There are a few bakery nearby the apartment, among them, one at 10 metres distance (32 feet 945⁄64 inches), one at 50 metres (164 feet ½ inch) that work 24/7. A sandwich pizza cut bar is just 5 metres (16 feet 427⁄32 inches) from the condominium entrance. Food stores, bars, boutique, trip agency, newspaper kiosk, beauty shops, rent a car, taxi station . . . are all in a range of less than 100 (328 feet 11⁄64 inch). The main square is at 250 metres (820 feet 233⁄64 inches).
Possibility to pick up your baggage with your car just in front of the building which is usually not possible if you rent into the pedestrian zone.
Guest access
The entire apartment is dedicated to the guests. The apartment has full kitchen with oven, fridge, eletric stove, kettle, coffeepot.

Other things to note
In front of the condominium there is the oldest chapel in Rovinj: the “Cappella della SS. Trinita'”, the only romanic building in “neolatino” style that already existed in the XIII century on the istrian coasts.

Tamara is a great host. So nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Next to the pedestrian area but also very close to a free private parking lot. The parking lot is about a three‐minute‐walk away but you can load and unload your luggage in front of the accommodation. The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. Especially the lights in the bedroom are fancy. We totally enjoyed our stay and can warmly recommend Tamara's accommodation.

Tamara and Kristian’s place was great. We stayed here with our 1-year-old son and there was ample space. It’s a 4th floor walk up and the ceilings are low in places, but we found it fine. The apartment is quiet and clean.
The location really can’t be beat, especially for a place with parking provided. The pedestrian zone is maybe 10m from the front door of the building. Tamara is super helpful with recommendations, and everything she suggested was great.
We’d definitely stay here again.
