The space
Our studio Very comfortably fits 2 persons. It’s new, we finished it in May 2016 with a lot of love, so this season we will be welcoming our first guests in it! We equipped it with a full kitchen, fridge, oven, dishwasher, electric and gas cooker and a kettle to make it modern but cozy. Queen bed (160cm x 200cm – 63in x 79in) & a sofa-couch which can be turned into a Full bed (130cm x 200cm – 51in x 79in).
We have left exposed part of the century stone walls and included a few shades of lighting, even some partially hidden in the old holes of the building to let guests customize the atmosphere they prefer, daylight, cozy or romantic. We payed special attention to the bathroom so our guests can enjoy relaxed atmosphere near the sparkling glass mosaic.
Guest access
Guests have access to free AC and WiFi. They will share entrance and hallway with owners.

We used this apt as a base for the Istrian peninsula leg of our Croatia road trip - parking space was definitely a huge help. We even managed to squeeze a day trip to Venice to escape the rainy weather we had one day. Kristian and Tamara spent their time giving us local tips and giving us the lay of the land. Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Rovinj.

The apartment was very stylish, clean and modern. It was well equipped with all necessities and very comfortable.
The location was very convenient, close to the old town, with shops, bakeries, bike rentals and ATMs at your doorstep. We also really appreciate the secure parking nearby, perfect especially as parking in Rovinj is hard to find. Lastly Tamara was an amazing and welcoming host. Very communicative, understanding and accommodating. Could not have asked for a better stay and host!

We stayed at Tamara‘s apartment while attending a large annual Latin dance festival. It was the absolute perfect location. The event goes very late into the morning, and we sleep during the day. The apartment with the windows closed is pitched dark and silent. The streets are alive when the windows are open, which we loved. Tamara and Christian went out of there was to accommodate our requests. Would def recommend.
